We are looking for an experienced Studio Manager to lead our design team and oversee project execution in the luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial sectors. This role involves team coordination, client relations, project management, and ensuring high-quality design output.

Key Requirements:
✅ Proven experience as a Studio Manager or Senior Interior Designer
✅ Expertise in high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial design
✅ Strong leadership and team management skills
✅ Ability to manage projects from concept to completion
✅ Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3DS Max, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
✅ Well-established supplier network and contractor engagement skills
✅ Valid UAE driving license & flexibility for international travel

Responsibilities:
✔ Lead and mentor the design team, ensuring project deadlines are met
✔ Oversee project execution, client relations, and supplier negotiations
✔ Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams for business growth
✔ Manage budgets, contracts, and resource allocation
✔ Represent the company at industry events and maintain brand standards
