Job Summary:

The Printing Press Manager oversees daily printing operations, quality control, and production efficiency while ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective processes. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and process optimization skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise printing, finishing, and packaging operations to meet production deadlines.
Ensure high-quality output by implementing quality control standards.
Manage press operators, technicians, and production staff to maximize efficiency.
Oversee machine maintenance schedules and minimize downtime.
Monitor inventory levels of raw materials (paper, ink, plates) and coordinate with procurement.
Implement cost-saving measures to reduce waste and improve profitability.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Liaise with clients to ensure job specifications and quality expectations are met.
Provide training and skill development for production staff.
