Role Overview:

The Marketing Coordinator will handle day-to-day marketing activities, influencer relationships, content scheduling, and visual merchandising coordination, allowing our CEO and management team to focus strategically on business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Influencer & Blogger Management

Maintain relationships with bloggers and influencers.

Schedule and coordinate influencer and advertising campaigns.

Monitor and report on influencer collaborations.


- Social Media & Content Management

Prepare and manage content calendars for social media (Instagram, TikTok, and website) for all three brands.

Regularly post engaging content.

Engage with customers through comments and direct messages.


- Photography & Content Coordination

Schedule and coordinate regular photography sessions with freelance photographers.

Maintain updated brand visuals in alignment with brand identity.


- Visual Merchandising & Branding

Ensure in-store visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines.

Monitor and enhance packaging, product display, and staff appearance.


- Marketing Administration

Keep records of marketing activities and budgets.

Generate regular marketing activity reports for management.



Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in marketing or social media coordination, ideally in retail or hospitality.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proactive, enthusiastic, and able to work independently.
