Job Title: Logistics Supervisor – Food Delivery Operations (Kuwait)
Location: Kuwait


Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on Logistics Supervisor to manage our daily food delivery operations across local areas within Kuwait. The role involves supervising a team of delivery drivers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, optimizing local routes, and maintaining high customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Driver Supervision:
Manage a team of local delivery drivers, including scheduling, assigning routes, and monitoring attendance and performance.

Daily Operations:
Oversee the dispatch and delivery of food orders across various areas in Kuwait, ensuring speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.


Compliance & Safety:
Ensure all drivers comply with Kuwait’s traffic laws, health and safety standards, and company policies.

Performance Management:
Monitor key delivery metrics such as punctuality, order completeness, and driver conduct. Provide regular performance feedback and coaching.

Issue Resolution:
Respond quickly to delivery issues, customer complaints, and route disruptions to minimize service delays.

Fleet Coordination:
Ensure all delivery vehicles or bikes are well-maintained and roadworthy. Coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.

Reporting:
Submit daily and weekly reports on delivery volumes, incidents, and team performance to upper management.

Qualifications:
Experience in logistics, food delivery, or fleet management within Kuwait

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent knowledge of Kuwait’s road network, traffic patterns, and delivery zones

Proficiency in delivery software or route management tools

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to manage shifts, including evenings and weekends, when necessary

Basic computer skills (Excel, email, GPS apps, etc.)
