Key Responsibilities:
Roast coffee beans according to established profiles and schedules using manual or automated roasting equipment.

Monitor roasting parameters such as time, temperature, airflow, and color to ensure quality and consistency.

Evaluate and adjust roast profiles based on cupping results, customer feedback, and seasonal bean changes.

Perform regular cuppings and quality checks to assess flavor profiles, defects, and freshness.

Maintain roasting logs, batch records, and inventory reports.

Collaborate with sourcing and procurement teams on green coffee inventory and bean origins.

Clean, calibrate, and maintain roasting equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.

Support packaging and labeling processes when needed.

Stay updated on coffee trends, roasting innovations, and industry best practices.

Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
