"Looking to Hire a Full time Recruitment Officer cum Generalist at our office located in Egalia. The role defines all HR Functions including end to end recruitment documentation and onboarding processes sourcing maintaining database, mobilization, visa onboarding Data, system updates, Maintenance and handling employee grievances, relations & HR operations on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications:
Degree in HRM and office Management
Draft Job Descriptions
Employee Relations experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law, visa and other related regulations.
