Description

Position: Customer Care Representative
Location: Kuwait
Work Hours: 10 hours daily, 6 days a week (1 day off)

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries via WhatsApp and phone calls
- Assist customers with service bookings, questions, and complaints
- Provide accurate information on company's services and policies
- Maintain professional and friendly communication at all times
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams when needed

Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written), English is a great plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Good typing speed and ability to handle multiple chats/calls simultaneously
- Positive attitude, patience, and attention to detail
- Willingness to work 10-hour shifts, 6 days a week
