Required Salons Operations Manager Female

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and customer service
• Manage and support salon staff including stylists, receptionists, and assistants
• Monitor and improve customer experience through feedback and quality control
• Handle hiring, training, and performance reviews for team members
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Implement and optimize operational procedures and policies
• Work with the owner/director on marketing, promotions, and business growth strategies
• Manage salon software, appointment systems, and reporting
• Track KPIs and produce performance reports to inform business decisions
• P & L
• Handle client concerns or complaints with professionalism and care
Requirements:
• Proven experience in salon/spa operations or hospitality management (2+ years preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Customer-service oriented with a focus on quality and experience
• Familiarity with salon software (e.g., Phorest, Salon Iris, Fresha)
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of financials and budgeting
