Job Overview:
Nai Food Group Co. is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee operations of 3 branches. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the Food & Beverage industry and be capable of managing multiple teams, ensuring smooth operations, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations across 3 branches
Supervise branch managers, staff, and performance
Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, and safety standards
Monitor sales, costs, and profitability
Handle customer service, feedback, and resolution
Coordinate with head office for inventory, staffing, and reporting

Requirements:

Proven experience as Branch Manager in the F&B industry
Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills
Ability to manage multiple branches efficiently
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Must be currently based in Kuwait
