Technical Skills: The candidate must have a working-level (intermediate) understanding of the following areas:

Cloud & Windows Server & Workstation Technologies:
• Windows Server 2016 / 2019 / 2022
• Windows 10 and 11
• Active Directory (AD) and Group Policy
• DNS, DHCP, File & Print Services
• Internet Information Services (IIS)
• Windows Security (BitLocker, Windows Defender
• Entra ID Cloud Directory
Networking Technologies:
• IP addressing (IPv4/IPv6), Subnetting
• NAT (Network Address Translation)
• Routing and Switching (Static & Dynamic Routing, VLANs, STP)
• SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol)
• VPN (Site-to-Site and Client-Based)
• WAN/LAN Topologies
• DNS Forwarders & Conditional Forwarding
• Load Balancers, Proxy Servers
• Network Monitoring Tools
Security Technologies:
• Microsoft Defender family
• Firewalls (FortiGate)
• IDS/IPS Systems
