About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Nesting & Cutting Planning Engineer to join our fabrication team. The role involves preparing CNC cutting programs using SigmaNEST (or equivalent), optimizing material utilization, coordinating with engineering and production teams, and supporting Strumis integration. The ideal candidate will ensure cutting accuracy, minimize wastage, and maintain efficient workflow for steel fabrication projects.

Nesting Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare CNC cutting programs using SigmaNEST or equivalent nesting software.
• Optimize material utilization and minimize wastage through efficient nesting layouts.
• Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams to plan and schedule cutting operations.
• Ensure compliance with project drawings, tolerances, and fabrication standards.
• Monitor machine cutting performance and update programs as needed.
• Willingness to learn and work with Strumis software for integration with production planning.
• Act as a key link between Engineering, Procurement, and Production to ensure material readiness.
• Generate periodic reports on material utilization, nesting efficiency, and wastage.
• Support QA/QC documentation for traceability and client inspection requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience with SigmaNEST, AutoCAD, or similar software.
• Strong analytical and coordination skills.
• Experience in structural steel fabrication or heavy engineering preferred.

Immediate joining required - Transferable Visa (Article 18)
