Description

We are seeking for GTM Assistant candidate in Kuwait with the specified Responsibility and Skills described as below points.

Responsibilities
• Schedule meetings and coordinate logistics for internal teams and external stakeholders across different time zones.
• Assist with event planning, including booking venues and managing logistics for meetings, workshops, or offsites.
• Prepare briefing materials and presentations for GTM leadership.
• Assist with market research, competitive analysis, and product performance tracking.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to measure the performance of GTM initiatives and product sales.
• Conduct sales analysis by product and channel.
• Act as a point of contact for product-related questions, ensuring teams have the necessary knowledge.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, product, and logistics teams to ensure smooth product launches and campaign execution.
• Assist with managing budgets and tracking expenses related to GTM activities.
• Maintain and update internal documentation and team calendars.
• Handle tasks like drafting team announcements and coordinating gift orders.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PPT) for data analysis and presentation creation.
• Ability to analyze data, track performance, and provide insights to support strategic decisions.
• Ability to work collaboratively, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• A solutions-first and proactive approach to problem-solving is often valued.
