Dear All,

We are Hiring Production Engineer - GRC for our Factory (RECAFCO).

Duties and responsibilities
• Monitor and execute GRC production processes according to standard specifications.
• Improve and develop production lines to increase efficiency and quality.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with technical specifications.
• Coordinate with design, quality and maintenance teams to resolve production issues.
• Prepare and present regular reports on production, performance and supply.
• Develop accurate production and supply schedules to meet market demands and factory plans.
• Prepare materials requests and ensure materials comply with required specifications.
• Utilize production management and planning software to enhance workflow and reporting.
• Adhere to safety and environmental procedures within the factory.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 3-5 5 years’ experience in GRC production
• Good Knowledge of GRC Technologies and materials
• Experience in GRG (Glass Reinforced Gypsum) and gypsum works is a plus.
• Proficient in using related software.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve production issues.
