Job Title: Civil Engineer

A multinational leading organization based in Kuwait is looking for the position of Civil Engineer.

Current RESPONSIBILITY
 Project Management from Site Search & Selection till acceptance with customer
 Handling of Civil Works & Telecom Works teams, engineers
 Arrange for Daily team plan for tomorrow activity
 All Civil Work, TE Work & Electrical implementations scope from Acquisition throughout till Acceptance
 Arrange for the required materials MR for the sites with customer Huawei , ZAIN & Fastelco )
 Arrange for the required materials & tools for the sites with WAJDA store by sending FCA Request
 Follow up with customer for the ongoing sites, sending the update, attending weekly meeting.
 Coordinate with customer for the new project / new technology.
 Follow up with customer (Huawei & ZAIN) to issue the PO approved the SCR, PAC & FAC.
 Follow up with customer (Huawei & ZAIN) to approve the SCR, PAC & FAC.
 Follow up with team for the sites progress & guide them for troubleshooting.
 Supervise subcontractors and coordinate between suppliers and vendors
 Preparation of design BOQ as well as as-built BOQ and submit to customer.
 Arrange for any access issue with my team and clear the access issue for them
 Fill up the Quality checklist, Quality Report (For Civil Work, Earthing, Steel and electrical work) attached to the PAT folder.
 Attending meeting with clients, consultants and land owners regarding any objection in design.
 Materials forecasting for ongoing Project
 Preparing and verifying of Pre PAT check lists.
 Identify problems in the management of quality systems and purpose reasonable solutions and implement those solutions
 FCA WO Created, Unbilled
 Verifying and Approving WAJDA checklist of Subcontractors
Qualification
• Bachelor’s in Engineering & Valid Kuwait Society of Engineering Card.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (Fresher also considered)
• Excellent communication, leadership, can do attitude and problem-solving skills.


• Immediate Joining & Transferable Visa & Driving License Compulsory
