Handle guest inquiries via video calls and audio calls

Communicate professionally across social networking platforms (Instagram, Snpchat, WhatsApp, Facebook, etc. )

Engage with guests online and offline

Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction

Assist with online promotions and digital communication

Requirements:

Must be comfortable with video & audio communication

Active on social media and networking platforms

Good communication skills in English and Arabic

Presentable and confident

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
