Hi All,

We are seeking for Mandoup for our company.

Key Responsibilities

Below are typical duties:

Liaise with ministries, government offices and public authorities to process applications, renewals, cancellations of visas, work permits, civil-ID, labour-quotas etc.

Handle the company’s licensing, import/export approvals, commercial/industrial permits, and other governmental filings. For example: “Arrange visa quota, new visa, labour contract etc. … Renewal of trade/commercial licence …”

Maintain accurate records of government transactions, follow up on status of applications, update management and ensure deadlines are met.

Coordinate with internal departments (HR, legal, operations) to collect required documents and support government-related processing.

Build and maintain professional relationships with officials in relevant public institutions; stay updated on legislation, regulations, and procedural changes.

Attend meetings with government authorities when required; follow up on approvals or corrections; may manage logistics for legal or cross-GCC processes.

Drive and maintain the company’s compliance with regulations in terms of visas, licenses, renewals, official correspondences.

Any other ad-hoc tasks as required by management, such as filing, scanning, photocopying, etc.

Skills

Excellent Arabic and English communication skills (written & verbal).

Good organization, time-management, follow-up and multitasking skills.

Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple transactions, maintain confidentiality.

Interpersonal skills to liaise with officials and internal stakeholders, present a professional company image.

Familiarity with MS Office, email correspondence; knowledge of government portals may be advantageous.
