A leading exterior paints and décor company in Kuwait is seeking a qualified and experienced Inspection Supervisor / Quality Inspector to join our professional team.
The ideal candidate should have solid experience in quality control, inspection procedures, and paint/construction works, ensuring all projects are executed with excellence and compliance to the highest standards. ๐Ÿ—๏ธ๐ŸŽจ

๐Ÿง  Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect and monitor paint and décor works to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications ๐ŸŽฏ
• Supervise on-site activities and coordinate with the operations team for continuous improvement ๐Ÿงฐ
• Conduct field tests, quality checks, and surface inspections ๐Ÿงช
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, technical records, and schedules ๐Ÿ“‹
• Identify defects or non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are taken โš™๏ธ
• Communicate effectively with engineers, technicians, and management to maintain quality and timely project delivery ๐Ÿค

โœ… Requirements:
• 2–4 years of experience in quality inspection or supervision within exterior paint or construction companies ๐ŸŽจ๐Ÿ—๏ธ
• Arab nationals only ๐Ÿ‡ฐ๐Ÿ‡ผ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ฑ๐Ÿ‡ง๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡พ๐Ÿ‡ฏ๐Ÿ‡ด
• Strong communication and report-writing skills
• Fluent in Arabic and English (reading, writing, and speaking) ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธโœ๏ธ
• High attention to detail with good knowledge of paint materials and techniques ๐Ÿงฑ
• Article 18 (Ahli – Transferable) visa
• Ready to join immediately ๐Ÿš€
