A reputable insurance brokerage firm based in Kuwait is seeking a qualified and experienced Insurance Broker to join its professional team. The role involves providing expert advice on a wide range of insurance products, developing tailored solutions for clients, and maintaining strong relationships with insurers and customers. Key Responsibilities: Identify and assess client insurance needs across various lines of business. Advise clients on suitable insurance coverage, policy terms, and risk management strategies. Negotiate and secure insurance policies with multiple underwriters. Maintain accurate records, client portfolios, and policy documentation. Stay current with market trends, insurance regulations, and emerging products. Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service and support throughout the policy lifecycle. Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience as an Insurance Broker or in a related role within the insurance industry. Strong understanding of commercial and personal insurance lines. Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships. Proficiency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
