We’re Hiring: Operations Manager – Retail E-commerce (Kuwait)

We are currently hiring for an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily operations for our children’s retail e-commerce business in Kuwait, Shuwaikh.

- Visa 18 Ahli holder
- Can commute to Shuwaikh
- Can Speak, read and write in English and Arabic MUST

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations (orders, fulfillment, delivery, returns)
• Oversee inventory and warehouse operations
• Coordinate with logistics and courier partners
• Supervise customer service operations
• Monitor operational KPIs and improve processes

Requirements:
• 5+ years’ experience in retail operations (e-commerce preferred)
• Strong knowledge of inventory, logistics, and order management
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify or similar)
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
