Job Title: Operations Manager – Delivery Company

Location: Kuwait

Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional Operations Manager to oversee and manage daily operations for a growing delivery company with 80+ drivers and continuous annual expansion. The ideal candidate has proven experience managing large operational teams, improving efficiency, and achieving measurable performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily driver operations and performance monitoring
• Prepare operational reports and analyze KPIs
• Reduce operational costs and improve productivity
• Handle field operational issues promptly and effectively
• Develop and optimize operational procedures
• Supervise supervisors and drivers and manage schedules

Requirements:
• 3–5+ years of operations management experience (preferably in delivery or logistics sector)
• Proven experience managing large teams (50+ staff)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficient in Excel and reporting/tracking systems
• Ability to work under pressure and make decisions quickly
