📢 WE ARE HIRING – PROJECT MANAGER (Interior Fit-Out)

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead and manage our interior fit-out projects from start to handover. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, technically strong, and capable of managing multiple sites, teams, and client communications.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure work progress as per schedule

Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers

Review drawings, BOQs, material submittals, and work quality

Prepare project schedules, reports, and follow-up documentation

Ensure compliance with safety and site regulations

Manage manpower planning, resource allocation, and daily site supervision

Monitor variations, snag works, and final handover

🔹 Requirements

Minimum 5–7 years experience in interior fit-out (retail, office, restaurant preferred)

Strong knowledge of MEP, civil, and finishing works

Ability to read & understand drawings (architectural / MEP)

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Valid transferable visa

Immediate joining preferred

Kuwait driving license

🔹 Salary

450 KD BASIC + CAR allowance
Other benefits as per company policy
