We’re Hiring: Purchase Manager (F&B Industry)
Location: Salmiya
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in Food & Beverage procurement
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end purchasing operations for F&B supplies.
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to optimize cost efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations to meet demand.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety standards.
🎯 Requirements
- Proven experience as a Purchase Manager in the F&B sector.
- Strong knowledge of food supply chains, vendor management, and procurement processes.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
