Quality & R&D Manager – Sauces Manufacturing

🚨 Looking for Immediate Joiners 🚨

We are a growing sauces manufacturing company in Kuwait and are seeking an experienced Quality & R&D Manager to lead our product development and quality operations.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

Lead Quality Assurance, QC, and R&D activities

Develop and improve sauce formulations (ketchup, mayo, chilli, etc.)

Implement and maintain HACCP, ISO / FSSC 22000 systems

Manage audits, compliance, and regulatory requirements

Drive new product development and continuous improvement

🎓 Preferred Qualifications:

Degree in Food Science / Food Technology / Food Engineering

5+ years experience in sauces or condiments manufacturing

Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO / FSSC

Proven leadership and problem-solving skills
