Description

Must be a Science or Arts graduate, SSC/BA degree from a recognised university with specialisation in computer operations.
Must have excellent Secretarial knowledge in filing of documents, Sorting should have excellent
Technical knowledge and understand the requirements of Instrument Maintenance personnel.
Shall have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Secretarial jobs with excellent knowledge in computer applications.

Have a excellent knowledge Technical English. Knowledge of Arabic is essential.
Must be capable to read, understand and type Arabic.
Must have complete knowledge in computer software like Windows XP, MS
Excel, Winword, Powerpoint, Access etc.
Shall have a good typing speed.
Experience in massive data entering, analyzing/preparing of bar charts etc. in computer.
Must know filing system, numbering, record keeping, report preparation, format preparation.
Gulf experience is a necessary for prequalification.
To work multinational workforce and should have excellent human relationship.
Should have a great patience to perform all types of activities.
