Description

Job responsibilities :

•Greet clients and visitors professionally and verify their purpose of visit
•Manage client appointments and walk-in inquiries.
•Maintain client reception records and visitor logs.
•Ensure the reception area is organized and welcoming
•Create, update, and maintain client files (physical and digital)
•Perform data entry into immigration or case management systems.
•Prepare letters, forms, and standard office correspondence.
•Maintain confidentiality of client information and sensitive documents.
•Ensure proper filing and tracking of passports, visas, and legal documents
•Support office operations and special assignments as directed by management
