We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute impactful marketing initiatives across multiple channels and brands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth.
• Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across delivery, catering, and online platforms.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify new opportunities and actionable insights.
• Collaborate closely with product development teams to create compelling content and brand messaging.
• Lead product development meetings and manage the launch calendar for new products and campaigns.
• Manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective use of resources.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, ROI, and key marketing metrics.
• Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners for promotions and marketing programs.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of marketing professionals to achieve high performance.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role, with a strong record of successful campaigns.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Creative thinker with effective problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage and work across multiple brands.
• Project management skills are an added advantage.
