Job Description:

We are urgently looking for an experienced Purchase Assistant for our construction projects in Kuwait. The candidate should have hands-on experience in construction material procurement and supplier coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

β€’ Assist Purchase Manager in day-to-day purchasing activities
β€’ Prepare LPOs, PRs, quotations comparison, and purchase reports
β€’ Source construction materials (Civil, MEP, tools, consumables)
β€’ Coordinate with local suppliers and vendors in Kuwait
β€’ Follow up on material delivery schedules to site
β€’ Ensure quality, quantity, and timely delivery of materials
β€’ Maintain purchase records and stock documentation
β€’ Coordinate with site engineers and storekeepers
β€’ Handle urgent and site-based purchase requirements

Requirements:

β€’ Minimum 2–4 years experience in construction purchasing
β€’ Good knowledge of Kuwait construction market & suppliers
β€’ Familiar with ERP / Excel / MS Office
β€’ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
β€’ Valid Kuwait residency (Transferable visa preferred)
β€’ Good communication skills (English mandatory, Arabic is an advantage)
