Hiring: Tower Rigger

Responsibilities:
• Tower climbing & rooftop rigging
• Install & align antennas, RRUs, MW dishes, feeder/fiber cables
• Support tower reinforcement & civil mounting works
• Follow HSE, working-at-height & safety procedures
• Complete site documentation & coordinate with site teams

Requirements:
• 1–4 years telecom/civil rigging experience
• Tower Climber & Rescue Certificate (mandatory)
• Knowledge of MW alignment, cable routing & steel supports
• Physically fit & safety-oriented
