Location: Kuwait
Job Type: Full Time
Department: Civil Construction
Reporting to: General Manager / Business Head.

7 + years of experience in entire lifecycle of a contract, from drafting and negotiation to execution and monitoring.(Preferred from Kuwait market)

Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., Primavera, MS Excel, Estimation software etc.)

Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and market prices

Proficient in costing and preparing proposals for residential and commercial packages

Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

**Required skills**

Strong understanding of contract law and negotiation.

Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple contracts and stakeholders simultaneously.

Proficiency with contract management software is often a plus.

Familiarity with relevant company policies, regulations, and laws.
