Department: Civil Construction
Reporting to: General Manager / Business Head.

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

10+ years of experience in procurement civil construction. (Preferred from Kuwait market)

Strong knowledge of construction materials, Vendors and market prices.

Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

**Required Skills**

Technical knowledge: Ability to read and interpret engineering documents, such as bills of materials (BOMs).

Analytical skills: Strong ability to analyze data, conducts cost analyses, and solves problems.

Negotiation skills: Proficient in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers.

Communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams (engineering, project management) and external suppliers.

Software proficiency: Experience with procurement and ERP systems is often required, such as SAP.
