Job Opportunity: Operations Supervisor (Delivery Sector)
A leading delivery company in Kuwait is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
• Team Leadership: Direct supervision of drivers and managing schedules for maximum productivity.
• Fleet Management: Ensuring vehicle maintenance and operational continuity.
• Problem Solving: Swiftly handling any operational or administrative challenges.
• Technical Monitoring: Monitoring performance via computer systems, dashboards, and data entry.
Requirements:
1. Industry Experience: Previous experience in delivery/logistics companies is mandatory.
2. Technical Proficiency: Full knowledge of monitoring drivers via Dashboards and tracking systems.
3. Education: Diploma or equivalent, with proficiency in MS Excel.
4. Leadership: Strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills.
5. Driving License: A valid Kuwaiti driving license is preferred.
