Job Opportunity – Fleet Supervisor (Outside Kuwait | New Visa)

A leading delivery company is seeking a qualified Fleet Supervisor to join its team.

Key Responsibilities

· Team Leader: Direct supervision of drivers and schedule management - Fleet Supervisor

· Fleet Management: Ensuring vehicle maintenance and smooth operational continuity.

· Problem Solving: Handling operational and administrative issues promptly.

· Administrative Tasks: Data entry and performance monitoring using computer systems.

· Motivation: Encouraging and supporting drivers to maintain productivity.

Always on call in all days and holidays



Requirements

Education: Diploma or equivalent.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer usage, Especially Excel and tracking systems.
Personality: Strong leader skills with the ability to resolve conflicts.
License: Indian driving license is mandatory.


Language Skills:

Fluent in English.
Ability to speak Indian languages (Urdu / Tamil / Telugu / Malayalam / Konkani).
