Position: Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across branches and ensure high service quality.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial regulations.
• Prepare operational reports for senior management.
• Improve operational procedures and reduce errors.
• Coordinate with banks and regulatory bodies.
• Lead and train staff; manage operational risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in financial services or currency exchange, with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of compliance and AML regulations.
• Proficient in financial systems and MS Office.
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
