🚨 **WE ARE HIRING – RESTAURANT OPERATIONS MANAGER**

We are launching a new **Burger & Pasta Restaurant in Kuwait** and are looking for an experienced and highly capable **Restaurant Operations Manager** to lead the business from day one.

This is not just a branch manager position.

We are looking for someone who can take **full ownership of the restaurant operations**, build the team, establish systems, manage suppliers, control costs, and eventually oversee **multiple branches as the company expands**.

### Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the restaurant’s complete day-to-day operations
* Recruit, interview, hire, train, and manage the full restaurant team
* Create staff schedules and ensure proper manpower planning
* Deal directly with food, packaging, equipment, and other suppliers
* Negotiate supplier prices and manage purchasing
* Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering
* Monitor food costs, wastage, expenses, and profitability
* Maintain food quality, consistency, cleanliness, and customer service standards
* Implement SOPs and operational systems
* Monitor daily sales and branch performance
* Handle staff performance and operational problems
* Coordinate with delivery platforms and other business partners
* Participate in opening future locations
* Build an operational structure capable of managing multiple branches

### Requirements:

* Strong previous experience in the **restaurant / F&B industry**
* Proven experience as a **Restaurant Manager, Operations Manager, or Area Manager**
* Experience managing restaurant openings is highly preferred
* Experience managing **multiple branches** is a major advantage
* Strong leadership and team-building skills
* Good knowledge of food cost, inventory, purchasing, and restaurant operations
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Must currently be **living in Kuwait**
* Must have a **transferable Visa 18**
* Must be **ready to join immediately**

We are planning to expand into multiple locations, so the successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow into a senior **Operations / Area Management position** and oversee the restaurant group.
