Requirements & Responsibilities:
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in catering/project management, preferably in rigs or remote sites.
• HACCP LEVEL 3 & HSE Certificate is mandatory.
• Valid Kuwait Driving License is mandatory.
• Professional knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and catering operations, customers service
• Excellent team management and communication skills with client
• Ability to manage catering operations independently and handle client requirements.
• Maintain and control food costs effectively while ensuring quality and minimizing wastage.
• Ensure high customers satisfaction and maintain operations with zero customer complaints.
• Candidates with relevant oil & gas / rig catering experience will be preferred.
Salary:
Salary will be offered based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
