IT Assistant

We are looking for a reliable IT Assistant with 1–2 years of experience to support daily technical operations and provide troubleshooting assistance to staff.

Responsibilities:

Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network issues

Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and connectivity problems

Install and configure operating systems and applications


Maintain IT equipment inventory

Requirements:

1–2 years of IT support or help desk experience

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking, and hardware support

Good communication skills and customer service mindset
