We are seeking a Flagship Store Manager candidate in Kuwait with the specified Responsibility and Skills described as below points.

Responsibility
2. Build the high-end retail brand image of store, provide the best service experience for consumers.
3. Be responsible for the daily operation of flagship stores, formulate rules and processes for flagship store operation, and achieve efficient and high-quality operation.
4. Be familiar with Mall business model and also the investment and retail process personnel of mall, need to interact with Mall to engage in activities or road show site coordination.
5. Take charge of the career development and cultivation of store employees, Develop and implement employee development plans.
6. Manage the overall work of store, and reach store sales target and profit target.
7. Manage store overall stock on purchases/sales/inventory.

Skills
 Basic Requirements
1. Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail industry, retail shop management experience is referred.
2. Professional knowledge and skills related to shop management and chain industry operation management.
3. Having store manager experience in the world-class retail industry, also have the capability of independently managing large personnel, managing high sales scale.
4. Strong capabilities in leadership, communication operation and management of a quality team in terms of sales and customer service.
5. Expertise in foreign languages, public speeches, and planning.
6. Knowledge on basic MS Office application.
