We are hiring following positions:
1. Business Development Executive(1 Nos)

Key Responsibilities
 Requirement gathering & client communication
 Conduct market research to identify potential clients & business opportunities
 Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects
 Attend team meetings and provide regular update on progress

Desired Skills
 2-4 years proven experience in marketing & sales
 Energetic & Pleasant personality
 Fluent in English & Knowing Arabic is an advantage
 Local hiring in Kuwait only

2. Land Surveyor(1nos)
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform land surveys to establish legal property boundaries, elevations and alignments.
• Operate and maintain GPS and Total Station equipment to collect field data accurately.
• Analyze and interpret survey data, survey reports of all working locations, blueprints, and other relevant information, including site starting and ending production calculation on daily basis.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects and construction team to ensure survey results meet project requirements.
• Verify data accuracy by conducting necessary re-checks and cross-referencing with existing map and documents.
• Comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and project guidelines during all survey activities.
Desired candidate profile
• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Indian nationality
• In-depth knowledge of GPS and Total Station equipment
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Kuwait and GCC countries.
• Strong analytical and attention to detail.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in different terrains and weather
conditions
• Full Time /Part time
