Description

We are looking for an experienced Data Entry & Warehouse Manager to manage warehouse records, inventory data, and system entries accurately.
Location:
Shuwaikh Industrial Area, Kuwait
Responsibilities:
Handle daily data entry for warehouse inventory and stock records
Manage product stock, stock movement, and inventory reports
Maintain accurate records using Excel and ERP systems
Monitor warehouse operations and coordinate stock transfers
Generate reports and analyze inventory data
Ensure proper documentation of invoices, stock entries, and transactions
Requirements:
Strong experience in Microsoft Excel
Must know advanced formulas such as Lookup, Conditional, Index formulas and Pivot Tables
Experience using ERP systems (Odoo or similar ERP software)
Good understanding of inventory and warehouse management
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Must have Visa 18 (Ahli) – Other visa types should not apply
Working Hours:
9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1-hour break)
Ramadan Timing: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary:
250 KD (Salary Only)
