Description

A well reputed company in Kuwait is seeking a highly experienced and process-driven Senior Operations Manager to lead and transform the company’s operational structure into one of the region’s most efficient and respected landscaping operations platforms.
Responsibilities:
Lead all operational activities across maintenance, implementation, logistics, and field coordination.
Develop and maintain SOPs, operational workflows, reporting structures, and accountability systems.
Monitor project and maintenance execution standards across all active sites.
Build KPI-driven operational dashboards and reporting structures.
Lead and mentor operations supervisors, team leaders, drivers, and support staff.
Establish operational quality standards and inspection procedures.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in: Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 7–10 years of professional operational management experience.
Previous experience in: large-scale field operations, facility management or retail operations will be advantage.
Technical Requirement:- KPI systems, SOP development, fleet coordination, operational reporting.
knowledge about Odoo ERP, SAP or Oracle will be advantage.
