Description

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance department and support the company’s continued growth while ensuring strong financial control and governance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the finance and accounting operations of the company.
Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
Manage banking relationships and financial facilities including letters of credit, bank guarantees, overdrafts, and loans.
Ensure proper financial controls for tender-based projects and long-term supply agreements.
Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and collections.
Ensure accurate financial reporting through the company’s ERP system.
Support management with financial analysis, profitability tracking, and strategic financial planning.
Monitor working capital, cash flow, and financial risk.
Coordinate with operations and commercial teams to ensure financial discipline in procurement and project execution.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Lead and develop the finance team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent are highly preferred.
Minimum 8–12 years of experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
Strong experience in trading, supply chain, EPC, or oil & gas related businesses.
Proven experience handling LCs, bank guarantees, and project-based finance.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems (experience with Odoo is an advantage).
Excellent financial analysis, leadership, and communication skills.
