Workshop Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily workshop operations and manage technical staff
Ensure all jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and on time
Maintain quality control standards and operational procedures
Manage inventory, tools, and equipment
Coordinate with customers and internal departments
Train, supervise, and evaluate team performance

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Workshop Manager or similar role with minimum 8 years experience
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Technical expertise (automotive, mechanical, or related field)
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Good communication skills
