We are Hiring Land Surveyor for our Company.

Location - Mina Abdullah, Opposite to KNPC
Below are the Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Surveying & Setting Out

Perform land and site surveys using total stations, GPS, and leveling instruments

Establish control points, benchmarks, and reference lines

Carry out setting-out for:

Precast elements (walls, columns, beams, slabs)

Foundations and anchor bolts

Infrastructure and structural layouts

Precast Installation Support

Verify alignment, elevation, and positioning of precast components before and during installation

Coordinate with erection teams to ensure proper placement tolerances

Conduct as-built surveys after installation

Data & Documentation

Prepare and maintain survey reports, records, and drawings

Interpret engineering drawings, shop drawings, and layout plans

Update survey data for project progress tracking

Quality Control

Ensure survey accuracy within project tolerances

Identify and report discrepancies between drawings and site conditions

Support QA/QC team in inspections and approvals

Coordination

Liaise with engineers, site supervisors, and production teams

Coordinate survey activities with construction schedules

Provide technical guidance to site teams regarding measurements and layout

Qualifications

Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field

Certification in land surveying (preferred)

Experience

3–7 years of experience in construction or precast industry

Hands-on experience in precast element setting-out is highly preferred
