Position: Road Construction Supervisor
Location: Kuwait
Industry: Civil / Road & Infrastructure

🔹 Job Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day road construction activities
Execute works as per approved drawings and specifications
Handle subgrade, sub-base, base course, asphalt laying & compaction
Coordinate with site engineers, surveyors, and QA/QC team
Ensure proper leveling, alignment, and thickness control
Monitor equipment & manpower productivity
Conduct site inspections and raise RFIs when required
Ensure compliance with HSE requirements
Maintain daily progress reports and work logs
Coordinate with client/consultant for approvals and inspections
🔹 Requirements:
Minimum 5–10 years experience in road construction
GCC/Kuwait experience preferred
Strong knowledge of:
Asphalt works
Road layers (Subgrade, GSB, Base, Wearing Course)
Compaction & testing
Ability to read civil drawings
Good communication & team handling skills
Kuwait driving license (preferred)
Transferable visa (Article 18 preferred)
