We are hiring a Process Engineer for projects in the Project & Construction Planning sector. The role focuses on optimizing engineering processes and ensuring efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and improve processes using Lean & Six Sigma
Develop process specifications with project teams
Implement process control systems and monitor performance
Conduct root cause analysis and resolve process issues
Prepare technical reports and recommendations
Track KPIs and support continuous improvement
Mentor junior engineers

Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of experience in Oil & Gas construction
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with process simulation tools
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Knowledge of project management and industry standards
