Description

We are urgently looking for a Store Keeper to join our company in Sabhan Industrial Area.

Duties & Responsibilities:

 Take delivery of all final products and reconcile with Job orders.
 Track, document, and resolve any discrepancies on dispatched orders.
 Ensure accuracy & control of the inventory by updating records of physical inventory.
 Ensure that all items are stored correctly and that no items are stored on the floor.
 Keep up-to-date records of receipts, records, and withdrawals from the warehouse.
 Responsible for packing, labeling & stock rotation.
 Oversee the handling of finished products and raw materials, supervising the movement of goods within the warehouse.
 Manage Customers and suppliers’ relations and database as well as maintain high ethical relationships both internally and externally
 Ensure cleanliness of all areas, keeping storage areas clean & tidy and in strict compliance with hygiene regulations.

Qualifications and requirements:
 Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
 5-8 years store keeping experience in an industrial manufacturing company and well knowledgeable in issuing, stocking, ordering and receiving raw materials, finished goods, spare parts/supplies, and understanding of inventory management.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
 Knowledge of MS Office packages & proficiency in any computerized inventory system.

 Must have high standards of integrity and ethical practice;
 Must be capable of functioning effectively as a team player.

Candidate must have 18 no Transferable Ahly visa. (project visa will not be considered).
