Job Advertisement: HR Manager (ERP Experience Required) – Kuwait

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management, hands-on experience with ERP systems, and a solid understanding of local labor laws and practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 8+ years of HR experience, preferably within Kuwait
Proven experience working with ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Strong knowledge of Kuwait labor law and HR best practices
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
