Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Supervisor & Inventory Controller to manage production coordination and inventory operations in our perfume business.
🔹 Job Responsibilities:
• Monitor and supervise daily production activities
• Ensure production processes (mixing, fermentation, cooling, filling) are carried out properly
• Check availability of fragrance oils and other raw materials
• Reserve and manage stock based on confirmed orders
• Maintain accurate inventory records (fragrance oils, bottles, packaging materials)
• Coordinate with Accounts and Sales departments for order execution
• Prepare and maintain reports (stock reports, production updates, delivery records)
• Ensure timely updates of production status (morning & evening)
• Verify product quality and ensure proper handling of materials
• Prepare delivery notes and coordinate dispatch
• Handle local purchase coordination if required
• Maintain proper documentation and filing system
🔹 Requirements:
• Male or Female candidates can apply
• Preferred: Keralite (Indian candidates preferred)
• Languages: English & Hindi (Arabic not mandatory)
• Education: B.Com / BBA or any graduate
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel & MS Word)
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to handle responsibility independently
