Description

We are seeking a professional and well-presented PRO to be the first point of contact for our law firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming clients, managing front desk operations, handling public relations duties, and actively promoting and upselling the firm’s legal services (outdoor sales).

Key Responsibilities

Front Office & Client Relations

Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Public Relations (PRO Duties)

Act as the face of the firm and ensure a positive client experience
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Handle client concerns and ensure timely follow-up
Support the firm’s image through professional communication
Sales & Upselling

Identify client needs and recommend appropriate legal services
Promote additional services offered by the firm
Support business development efforts by converting inquiries into clients
Assist in achieving monthly targets related to client acquisition
Requirements:

Fluency in English and Hindi are mandatory (spoken and written)
Previous experience in a law firm, corporate office, or customer-facing role is an advantage
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Outdoor Sales or upselling experience is highly desirable
