Description

HSE Officer is responsible for implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental policies to ensure a safe workplace. They help prevent accidents, ensure legal compliance, and promote a culture of safety within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with local, national, and international HSE regulations
Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits
Identify hazards and assess risks, implementing control measures
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare reports
Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs
Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Maintain HSE records, reports, and documentation
Coordinate emergency response plans and drills
Ensure proper waste management and environmental protection practices
Advise management on safety improvements and compliance issues

Basic Details

salary : 500-700 KWD

Experience : 6-8 Years

Location : Kuwait , Kuwait

Qualification : BTech / B.E , Diploma
